Immune Boosting Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Himalayan sea salt and pepper, to taste.

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over your salad and toss to coat.
